CO2 Laser Treatment

I called in to the main office to informed that I would be a bit late around 10 minutes due to Ubers cancelling on me plus confusion on the appointment time on my end with an appointment at 11:50am. I was told it was fine by the representative on the phone — BUT arrived at the office at 11:58/11:59 while running to be told RUDELY that I would have to reschedule since he’s already at lunch.
Just so everyone is aware the APPOINTMENT TIME for each visit is 10 MINUTES INCREMENTS, per the receptionist, and there is only a 5 minute grace period. I wasted 20 dollars on my uber to be told off cold and curtly by the receptionist.
I will not be coming back here ever again and would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SPEND THEIR MONEY HERE FOR RUDE SERVICE. They only allot 10 minutes per visit if that shows you the level of “CARE” this office provides. I have been going here for 5 years and this will mark my last time coming here ever again. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A TRANSACTIONAL 10 MINUTE CARE per the receptionist and how they allocate time.

Had a really smooth experience! Called and was able to schedule an appointment without any delays and they even allowed me to bump my schedule up a bit when another patient cancelled.
I was welcomed and briefed thoroughly in a very warm way and was able to get my prescription quickly. Would recommend.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:40 a.m. with Dr. Malcolm Pyles and arrived at 9:50. They couldn’t accommodate me, which was fair since I was late. They offered me an 11:30 a.m. appointment instead, and I accepted. I waited in the lobby during my workday and returned at 11:12.
I paid my copay, was told I was checked in, and was escorted to a room. An assistant asked me questions and said Dr. Malcolm Pyles would be with me shortly. About 10 minutes later, the assistant returned and told me the doctor couldn’t see me.
It was a colossal waste of time. Why offer an alternate appointment and check me in if the doctor isn’t available?
Truly terrible experience. I would avoid this place completely.

Extremely poor communication of front desk. I would never recommend. For someone with a super busy calendar, this place is the worst possible option. They will waste your time.
Doctor was good, but if scheduling and front desk is bad, then better to find a different spot, especially for busy professionals.

Doctors are great; staff is horrible.
The staff is generally unhelpful, but what is really awful is that when canceling your appointments, they do not leave a voicemail, send a text, or send an email.
I had an appointment for 2:10pm today, I received a missed call at 11:56am – no voicemail was left, no text or email notification was sent.
I showed up at the office to find the door locked and waited 20+ minutes on the phone and received zero apology from the area manager.
They were most concerned with booking me another appointment versus apologizing or taking ownership for the inconvenience.

Melanie Choi is my provider for a long period of time. She is the best provider I have ever met. She takes her time to provide the best service. Her treatment is very precise, only treat UVB to the area where is needed. I am so thankful to have her as my provider.
