The front desk person was borderline rude, but the medical assistant and Dr. Longwell improved my opinion of the office staff.  Dr. Longwell was quick & to the point without making me feel like the appointment was rushed.  She knows her stuff and made me feel like I got to participate in the treatment assessment.
