The office staff was very courteous and efficient. The assistant took down all my concerns. Dr. Adelzadeh was very professional and helpful.

Dr Chiang was very thorough and careful with my skin survey and assessment. I was very impressed. he and his staff are very personable. He's definitely my new dermatologist.

Clean. Professional and friendly. I’ve been coming here almost 2 years and have always been treated with excellent service.As for the reason why I come here, they do offer a lot of procedures. I can only comment on the laser tattoo removal. For me it hurts like heck! And it’s taking longer than I wanted but that’s no fault to them. It all depends on ink type, depth, age and my own immune system. All in all it’s going well. Have realistic expectations for the actual outcome and process.I’m glad I choose this office and I will be coming here till my tattoos are gone and if I need or decide on any other service they offer, I will choose this location. 👍🏻

I’ll leave a review but I don’t expect it will make any difference since I see other reviews already here that mirror what I’m going to report. Obviously the corporation doesn’t care enough to improve anything.It isn’t rocket science or something unachievable:Improve your front office experience.There are a couple receptionists who are impolite bordering on hostile. Barely any eye contact. Little functional communication. Oppositional. Uncaring.Why would you employ anyone who acts like this in a customer service capacity?? Why would you not work to ensure that all your clients are being treated with the most basic level of courtesy and care??It’s so bad that we switched doctors for a couple years. Decided to give it another chance recently. Still just as awful.This used to be a lovely office with caring professionals who made you feel comfortable and welcomed.Berman: why do you bother sending out customer experience surveys when you clearly disregard them?? Two stars, only because the Doctor and MA are fantastic. Minus three stars because the front office experience is so unpleasant I’ll choose another practice again. I guarantee you have lost other patients because of this. Why you don’t seem to care is the question. You have too much money and want to slow down the flow of your income maybe?
